BACKGROUND
Born as Furukawa Yo-Han from Furukawa Hiroshi and Im Eun-Ji, Yo-Han didn't have many fond memories of his childhood as his father left him and his mother for another woman while his mother suffer from terminal cancer—and the fact that his mother succumbed to her illness soon after due to psychological stress that worsened her illness made his hatred towards his father runs deep.Yo-Han had to survive by himself ever since because he had no other relatives. He studied hard so he got full scholarship and managed to graduate from Seoul National University's Veterinary Medicine with flying colours.Eleven years ago, as Yo-Han was still pursuing his education at the university, he heard that his father had passed away from an accident. At first, he doesn't care and refused to come to his funeral. But that all changed when he heard that his father had left a daughter—his half-sister—orphaned and no one would take the girl into their care. Yo-Han felt conflicted about his family conditions, but more than that, he hate to imagine the little girl would have to survive on her own like he did. So as soon as he finished his education and got his veterinary license, he flew to Japan to take custody of his half-sister; Furukawa Chiaki.His relationship with Chiaki is awkward and distant. Yo-Han felt conflicted as Chiaki is a living reminder of his father's betrayal, though he knows that the girl did nothing wrong by simply being born and existing, but he never told Chiaki that as the girl had been through enough already. Yo-Han had his many shortcomings and a lot of baggages with his family situation, but he tries his best to not burden Chiaki with his problems. He tries his best to be a good brother for Chiaki as they only have each other now.

Chiaki is a living reminder of his father's betrayal, however Yo-Han tries his best to see her as her own person, separate from their father. He has many shortcomings but he tries his best to be a good brother for Chiaki and be a proper family with her—as she is the only family he's got left

To Yohan who doesn't believe in 'forever' and never dared to hope for himself, Sakura gave him many things to wish for and many things to look forward to.

Miharu is like an annoying younger sister to him. They exchanged sharp words and sarcastic remarks every time they met. He definitely didn't appreciate that one time she jokingly proposed to his lover.
And yet, a part of him can't leave her alone. Perhaps because Yohan knows sorrow when he sees it—no matter how flawlessly the girl tried to cover it up.
She's a thorn on his side that he doesn't want to take out.... Yet.
Rei Fumiya零和弥Loyal customer
For some reasons, Rei-san always insists to have his two pet rabbits—Kou and Rei—to be examined by Yohan.
Rei-san is still learning of how to take care of his pet rabbits and he needs a lot of guidance—which Yohan happily provided as a part of his job.
He can see that Rei-san is doing his best to take a good care of his pet rabbits and seeing his efforts warms Yohan's heart. Sometimes, he anonymously sends something for Rei-san's pet rabbits.

He's REALLY good at taking care of others, but he's REALLY absent-minded when it comes to himself.

That's his real hair colour. his hair had started to go grey since he's in his 20s

He has now quit smoking due to a gunshot wound to the lung on top of a chronic lung damage he suffered from decades of smoking
That being said, he suffers from respiratory problems.
